That is the problem with open archives. the spam bots know where they are and hit there often. The software folks made a change several months ago that has helped a bit but not entirely.


I get spam very quickly after signing up for yahoo and msn groups....

I also use "Spamnix" along with Eudora and out of 400-500 emails a day only one or two spams a week actually get to any of my inboxes. It all goes to my junk folder and gets trashed.

The one thing that we dont get is spam TO the list like the other lists get. We get several spam attempts/day. I grab that and send it away before it goes out. If anyone needs online viagra, a home loan or a patch to make "Mr Johnson" more manly, give me a shout, I have some addresses for ya. :-)
