Those are fun. In my previous life, "BK" (before kyd) and the internet I
used to collect postcards and exchange with strangers. Much like this list
but slower and with nicer pictures. Now they are all stashed away in shoes
boxes somewhere.  The postcard, not the strangers... That would be a
different issue totally. 

However, from the link you sent I discovered this place:

Think anyone will send postcards from MOGA? (I threw that in to keep it
geocaching related because some people like it that way.)
