I don't think I could be any clearer in the manual where I state, everyone 
must fill out a waiver. Even if you are just thinking about coming, fill out 
a waiver..

I will have a spreadsheet that will have their status. Those who have duel 
registrations will have a space for 2 waivers. They will get checked when I 
receive both of them.
