Manual is not completed.. The waiver was under the main menu but appears to
be gone..

We will have to get it back out there for those who do not register online

I've gone to the MOGAGEO page to register for MOGA 2007, but can't find any
link to a registration form. I know it's got to be there somewhere because
other people are registering. What am I missing?
