Those aren't "buried" those are just "in the ground".

This is in direct conradiction to the rules posted on geocaching.com.
Also depends on your definition of buried.

I will allow anything that is doable.

And *that* is a problem. A big one. It does not improve the game, nor the chances that land managers will trust us to chepherd their charges in a responsible manner.
