Okay, it sounds like you are probably right and it is a false alarm. I did not
disable autorun previously (although I thought it was turned off by default in
newer versions of Windows for security reasons.) BitDefender never warned me
about it until now. Perhaps it was just coincidence and it's one of the new
vulnerabilities they are checking for in a recent update.
I didn't realize it had loaded a feed from Slashdot, but that makes sense now.
