How did you detect this? Is this on your local installation, or by testing
the direct download from https://download.dokuwiki.org?
Is there any info from the scans which specify which files of the
installation are suspicious?

DokuWiki for Windows with MicroApache is infected with a Trojan. The
following is a list of AntiVirus engine detections. This is not a false
alarm as when I ran DokuWiki, it changed my plugin media settings to
autorun. The following is a list of AV engines and what they detected:
