[BNU] strange problem with my braille display

Hi List,
My name is Vejas.
I am having a problem with one of the cells on my Braille
display. For some reason one of my cells (cell 13-how unlucky!)
sometimes has an extra dot 2 on it. Therefore, words like
"nuclear" look like "quclear) on the display. There doesn't seem
to be a reason for the dot 2 being there. I've tried using a
wipe and it didn't help. If I lightly touch the cell with my
fingertip, the dot 2 disappears, only to reappear again later.
And I don't want to send it in because I just got it back.
Has anyone else had this problem?
