The converter sometimes has trouble opening files especially if they are
complex documents with tables or embedded content. This is one of the big
reasons I upgraded to the Touch because I got sick of not being able to open
documents on the Apex. Your best bet is to open the document on a computer
and save it as a text file or RTF.

I am using keysoft 9.5
Cannot read *.doc documents.
Sometimes I get a message exception: converter. "access violation
& sometimes I see just part of the document.
I made reset' I took off the battery but nothing helps.
I would like your help.
