[BNU] questions about apex qt32

Hello. 

I am using keysoft 9.5

Cannot read *.doc documents.

Sometimes I get a message exception: converter. “access violation 

& sometimes I see just part of the document.

I made reset’ I took off the battery but nothing helps.

I would like your help.
