You can just download the BARD Mobile app from the Google Play store. You do
not need to authorize the Touch. The BARD Mobile app does this when you sign
in. The Touch would only need to be authorized for BARD if you wanted to
play NLS books in Victor Reader but since you can download and run the BARD
Mobile Android app, there is no need for this.
