It is very possible that the app you installed requires a visual gesture to
unlock the device. You may have to triple tap the home button to disable
KeySoft and get a sighted person to unlock your Touch. If that doesn't work,
you will have to force power it off by holding in the power button for about
20 seconds and then reboot the device.
