Fello,
since it doesn't happen to my u2, I'd argue that it's not the operating system.

Hi Kelsey,
I occasionally have to reset my Apex because of similar issues. Often it's
when I go from home to church, and then back home again. Mostly, it's slower
in connecting, but sometimes I get an error message. Because it's an
out-of-date and no-longer-supported Windows mobile program, there's nothing
to be done except to reset when necessary. Sometimes it helps to just turn
off the wireless connection, then turn it on again. It is what it is!
Blessings,
Linda

Subject: [BNU] apex wireless connectivity
Hello,
I have a Braillenote apex 32. Lately I have noticed some
intermittent issues with the wifi. For some reason, the apex
will randomly disconnect from my home network that I have had
saved in the apex ever since I got it and I have to go into
connectivity and reconnect. It also would not pick up my
family's hotspot this morning even though I've never had issues
until now. I know it's not the hotspot itself because our other
tablets connected fine. I had to reset the apex twice before the
connection was found again. I was wondering if this is a common
issue and is there a solution. We have not changed anything on
our home network except replace the router with a faster one, but
the password or settings did not change. It's really annoying.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kelsey Nicolay
