Hello,
I have a Braillenote apex 32. Lately I have noticed some intermittent issues with the wifi. For some reason, the apex will randomly disconnect from my home network that I have had saved in the apex ever since I got it and I have to go into connectivity and reconnect. It also would not pick up my family's hotspot this morning even though I've never had issues until now. I know it's not the hotspot itself because our other tablets connected fine. I had to reset the apex twice before the connection was found again. I was wondering if this is a common issue and is there a solution. We have not changed anything on our home network except replace the router with a faster one, but the password or settings did not change. It's really annoying. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kelsey Nicolay
