For caps lock are you referring to Computer Braille? I believe the answer to
that is no. For Literary Braille you would just place the double caps sign
(dot 6 twice) in front of each word.

Subject: [BNU] Two BrailleNote Touch Questions
I have two Braillenote Touch questions at the moment, and I'm open to ideas
on these.
Question 1: Trying to set alarms in Android's clock. In the fields for hours
and minutes, the control is described as a circular slider.
Is there an accessible way to use this control?
Question 2: When entering text on the Touch in computer Braille, I can
capitalize each letter, of course, but is there any way of entering a caps
lock command?
I haven't found one so far. It would sure be convenient to have one.
