Matthew, thanks for this! I have in fact just stuck with the automatic
offerrings from the Gmail account, that's the first message I got, hence trying
to change settings and getting that same message!
Happy to receive any other "tips"?

What email service are you using? If gmail, why not just use auto
settings it should work.
