I've had this happen to me on several occasions. Sometimes, but not all, I can wait a bit after the page refreshes and I will still get the download prompt. While, at other times, I'll have to log out of the site and back in again to get the book I want. And, although I don't know for sure this is necessary, but I almost always tend to clear cookies and history and temporary files before logging back on to the site. Also, if I wait till after the page refreshes and then am able to download the book, once done, I am placed kind of on a blank page and have to use the back command, and that seems to put me on the page prior to the one I was on before downloading the book.

Subject: [BNU] Trouble Downloading from Bookshare with Apex

Hi, all-

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues lately when
downloading books from Bookshare with an Apex.  When I click the
"Download" link after the title or on the book's specific page,
it only refreshes the current page, with no prompt to download. I
clicked into My History, where it indicates the selection has
been downloaded; the same problem occurs if I attempt to grab it
again from that section. I have tried multiple titles. I'd rather
not have to use a flash drive and transfer the file because I
mainly use my Apex and iPhone.  Anything else I should do?

Thanks so much,
--
Kristen
