Don't the fields indicate to use computer braille? I haven't tackled explore

I also wonder if some of you guys have Humanware's phone number to speak to
tech support for some of the questions, especially questions about charging
etc. We do get free tech support and worth taking advantage of. I certainly
have and have ironed out most issues I've had with the Touch.

I think you need to use explore by touch mode to sign in to kindle etc,
although I cant seem to get that to work right. Press the prev and next
thumb keys to turn off the touch braille. But, I still don't know how the
explore by touch works.

Hi everyone,
Last Wednesday I picked up my shiny new BrailleNote Touch, and while this
is very exciting, it's also a little baffling. I am completely new to
keysoft and android, so I'm sure I'll be flooding the list with questions.
The most pressing things at the moment are my power supply and connecting
to Dropbox. First, the power supply seems to be dodgy, or else I've broken
it somehow. It says to put it in with the two pins facing downward and not
to force it, so I didn't, but its connection to the unit is very loose and
it wobbles about and therefore doesn't seem to be charging consistently. Do
I need to buy another one from Humanware, or can I use another cable with a
micro USB charger, like the one I have for my bluetooth keyboard.
The second thing is I need quite urgently to connect to my dropbox account.
I downloaded the dropbox app, and when I open it it asks me to sign in, so
I give it my email and password. I get an email on my iPad to say that I
have connected an Android device to dropbox, but on the BrailleNote I just
get tossed back into the main menu. Dropbox doesn't open.
I have a dropbox account for myself, and a google drive account for work,
and on my iPad I use a program called AirFile which allows me to have the
two accounts together logged into the one app, so I can move files between
them. I thought I might need a similar app for the BrailleNote, so I
downloaded one called Rainbow Drive. Again, when I give it my dropbox
details to connect it, I get an email from dropbox saying this has
happened, but Rainbow Drive tells me that connection to dropbox failed.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd very much like to hear them. And just as an
aside, I downloaded Kindle and the BrailleNote won't let me sign into that
either, which is very disappointing as I'm very eager to give that a go :)
Thanks,
Nadine-------------------------------
