Hi,
when it freezes, thought of plugging it into a PC, and attempting to recover
work, before replacing the card?

Hi,
This is what really concerns me. Last month I had to send my unit in for
repair, because it kept on freezing. Apparently, the SD card needed to be
replaced. Now a little over a month later, I am having the same issue all
over again. I will have to call Humanware tomorrow. As a student, I am
extremely worried about the stability of the device. As a result of the
device freezing up, I lost access to two days Worth of completed assignments.
I really hope that this SD card issue is being seriously looked at. It is
very difficult to get serious work done if the device is going to act up once
a month. The touch is an amazing device, but this is a serious problem.

Hello List:
my Touch froze while in KeyWeb. It would not respond to any command. The
word "key web" was on the display. This was last night. I checked this
morning and it said the same thing. So, I plugged it in and went to work.
This evening the display was blank. I pushed in the start button and it
opened up with the KeySoft starting screen.
If this happens again ILl be plugging it in and waiting for the device to
clear it's head!
