I do still have the copyright page, but after looking at the rest of your
message, it appears that the missing copyright page is only the first issue.
Thanks for looking at the book for me. After reading some of the messages
from the last few weeks regarding page breaks and such, I was fairly certain
that this book had some pagination issues, but since I'm new here, I wanted
to be sure.
