I have one of Kenneth's files now and in places it looks like caps lock is
on. I am wondering what that's all about???? It is just text, not headers
or anything.

This sounds like the problem that Kenneth Cross was talking about with his
K1000 files. When he changed them to rtf, he talked about serious page
proliferation. It would be interesting to compare the original kes file
with your rtf before upload and see if the page proliferation gremlin is
back.
