I wish I could have found your message!  LOL  Put it up and I will get to it.  
The sections starts all mis-scanned and had to be hand typed because of an 
elaborate multi-line first letter. As to the jokes, all the answers are upsaide 
down, so you could either rescan the page upside down and cut and paste answers 
in.  Page numbers are irregular and only on some pages.

Nichole and I will be out for a very long day tomorrow, so it will be a long 
week...
