Cindy,
Since both Kenneth and Mickey have the book, the problem is solved.
Thanks very much, Ma'am for your help.
Kenneth,
I wrote to Ernie off-list and I, too, have requested the book.
The third edition was donated to our used-book store, and I thought, while we wait for the 6th edition to come in (I can probably pick up a copy on Tbhursday or Friday, because my San Diego branch has it and we're going down then) I'd send the pages from the third edition if they're the same. However, they're in two columns, and I can't do that--at least I don't think I can. I only have the Epson 1660 and ABBY Fine Reader and if it does two columns and retains them, I haven't found out how.
The pages in this book are paper-thin; I thought I'd type the pages, but again, since apparently bookshare doesn't retain tabbing, I don't know how I'd do two columns well. In the past I've just turned the two columns into one.

I submitted that book and I see that pages 10 and 11
are missing. I will request the book and provide
the pages if you want to hold on to the book. I
can't tell you at present how long it will take to
get the book, but probably not more than a couple of
days.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] missing pages
Hi Cindy, or anybody else who might wanna help with this.
Cindy, I've been told that at times you don't mind looking for books to scan some missing pages.
As you have probably read on the list, I am currently working with "The Norton Anthology of World Classics, 6th Edition, Vol. I. There are several copyright dates listed, but the most recent is 1992; and the copyright is listed by the W. W. Norton Company.
So far, pages 10 and 11 are missing, but there could possibly be more. I have a long way to go , so I don't know what may crop up.
I'd hate to reject it because I think it would be a nice addition to the collection, 'specially if somebody could find vol II. However, if the pages can't be found, I'll send it on its merry way.
Let me know what you can do, Please.
Peace, Ernie
