1. Shorten the file name to less than eight letters.
2. Empty your cookies folder and then retry.
If neither of these work, I don't know what else to do.

I just tried to upload A HERO'S WELCOME again and it wouldn't take. All the
information is there and put a coma between the authors who are lauren
agony, jan springer which is the way i put them in the author's field. It
doesn't tell me what the errors are so am wondering if the file is getting
lost between point A and point B.
