Hi Gisella,
I assume you're using a screen reader. You have two options here. When you tab
past the control which lists the format in which the book is to be uploaded,
you land in an edit field where you can type the full path
name and title of the book. If that's a hassle, you can tab past that, which
lands you on the browse button. Press space bar to activate that button, and
then you navigate on your computer to where the book is
located and press enter. Once you do that, you should be able to tab through to
the accept button and press enter. That's from memory so I hope I didn't screw
it up.
