It's an OCR mis-recognition of quotes. Go ahead & correct it. I had
similar problems w/a book I scanned & I went thru & corrected them so
the validator wouldn't have to, but it's pretty common.
U might wanna search Amazon or something & see if they have a
copyright page for the book.
