This could be one of few things: One possibility is that this was
WebBraille book. If it is, then, you must reject it. The other possibility
is that it was a previous Bookshare book that someone has read and improved.
If that's the case, then you can check the original and its quality rating.
If you think improvements have been made, you can approve it. If this book
comes from another electronic source, you must reject it.
