[bksvol-discuss] chapter headings

Hi,
Just downloaded a book that I had submitted, The Unforgiven, by
Patricia MacDonald, and discovered that the chapter headings are now
gone. In the comments field I made a note to do whatever was necessary
to preserve chapter headings. Anyway, they're gone now. Not crucial to
the enjoyment of the book, but I do like to know when one chapter ends
and another begins.
