Hi Cindy,

Our current version of Rise and Fall is excellent (and all the blank pages are 
numbered). As Evan said, it's a Kurzweil issue, not a Bookshare one.

It occurs to me that it is possible that bookshare
deletes them, in which case the page numbers would be
thrown off completely. I put page numbers on the blank
pages, though, to keep the sequence, and in that case
they shouldn' be deleted because, as someone once
pointed out here, they wouldn't be blank.

I can get Rise & Fall from the library if you want,
Kenneth. What edition would you like?
