Cindy, I have the same impression you have. But if you remember when Jennifer''s position was first posted we were told there was money to replace Marissa but because there were more duties the title would be changed to Collection MManager. After Jennifer was hired we were told that there was money to replace Marissa and that the position had just been posted the afternoon before. Well, after so many times of being misled, of which I gave only one example, I have to wonder, especially after reading the job description, if we are again being misled. I know Bookshare.org, or more specifically Benetech.org, say they are pressed for money, but what I object to is being misled.
