You can replace all "period line break" "quote mark line break" and "question mark line break" and "exclamation line break" with something else in each case such as "question mark >". Then remove all line breaks. then replace all > signs with line breaks. That would keep all line breaks which occur after question marks, periods, exclamation marks and end quote marks. It would get rid of everything else. That would include the line breaks before and after page numbers unfortunately. This is radical and should not be tried without a backup file. Just an idea.

In the BN find/replace box the way to make a new line character is dots 2-6 with the space bar. Of course, the challenge will be removing unwanted line breaks without getting rid of all the ones you actually want for paragraphing.
