I've uploaded Envious Moon. By and large it was an
excellent scan by Jim Rawls and thus a pleasure to
validate. Kenneth, this is the book I was working on
that has blank pages before the first page of chapters
and has no chapter titles or headings whatsoever.
Also, the page numbers in the print book were so small
and light that they didn't scan.
