The cookies, on my computer at least, are in the windows directory. There you can delete them separately, you don't have to delete all. You will have to rewrite your e-mail address when you login to Bookshare.org though if you delete this cookie. It is the default cookie. This might not solve your problem, but try deleting the bookshare.org cookies. I know of no easy way to do this without deleting all cookies which isn't what you want. I had a similar problem with going in circles until I did this. Also, if you are running beta versions of screen readers you might have this. I've noticed odd behavior with IE and Window-Eyes 5.0 beta 1 that didn't used to be there.
