The blunt answer would be no where.
If it has some page numbers so you could get an idea as to what page number a certain page was, you could go from there, but as they aren't one of the required items you shouldn't arbitrarily assign them. Not all books start at page 1, 11, etc. so the chances of your hitting it right would be remote. Aside from that, they wouldn't really serve much purpose, as where they come in the most handy is checking for completeness during the validation phase. A good percentage of the time, the page numbers fall victim to the header/footer stripper and are never seen in the final copy.
