It would be hugely helpful if, when someone has a complaint about a book,
like "It was rated excellent, but it was full of garbage", or "The chapter
headings were mangled", they would say what the title of the book was. That
way, if I was the one who validated it, I would know that what I thought was
working well wasn't as good as I thought, and could do things differently.
Nonspecific complaints just aren't that useful.
