Not Judy, but here goes...
All of the examples Judy gave you last night are correct. As the proofer, it's
your choice how you handle page numbers, page breaks etc. as long as your
method follows Bookshare's formatting guidelines.
So, to answer your question, no, you don't need to add a blank line between a
page break and the first line of text on a page.
As long as no text is missing from one page to another, all the extra blank
lines are purely aesthetic--some folks like them, and some folks don't--it's
your choice.

for you and I hope I can make myself understandable. Okay in the Stone Song The
Isle of Destiny Series Book 1 which is the book I'm working on right now. I'm
noticing that it goes text, blank line, page number, and than the page break,
and lastly more text. However there's no blank line after the page break it
just bumps up to the text and I'm refering to the page break here. Do I need to
be putting blank lines after my page break or should I just leave it like the
book has it? Hopefully you are understanding my question and if you need me to
replacate it some more than that's not a problem. Again I appreciate all the
help you have provided and I may be going overboard here however I just want to
get it right so the book is accepted. Again I do hope you are having a great
weekend and I do appreciate all of the help you have given me with this project
