Hi Andy! No, the books can be available from other places such as BARD, NBP or RFB&D, but it would be illegal for someone to grab say Web Braille, or NBP and just submit it to Bookshare, because of a statement saying that it is from one of these other places. The Bookshare books must be scanned.

From what the guidelines say, the book can't be in any other "book accessibility" format at another place like RFB&D, NLS/BARD and so on. Is this still true? If it is, I fear that a lot of bookshare books need to go away then.
