Yes. That's exactly what it says.
Although I wish they would still include somewhere, how many submissions and validations you have done. I am just curious that way. Also it tells me that my validation was approved.

What happens once you reach 50 the notice changes to you have enough credits
for next subscription.

No. The credits do not expire even though your subscription does. Once you
reach $50 though, you don't earn anymore.
