Judy,

You've piqued interest. I'll have to add Glass
Mountain to my reading list.

I came across Thunderstruck by Erik Larson at the
library today. He's the author of The Devil in the
White City and Isaac's Storm, both of which I enjoyed.
We have all three in the collection.

This is where a review would be handy. I'd love to
know a little more about the book before I borrowed it
from the library, but I guess I'll just have to add it
to my list and take my chances based on the fact that
I liked his other two books. I've discovered that
writing a review of a book I liked or didn't--I
usually only write the former--really doesn't take
much time, though that may be because I'm not as
careful a writer as Lissi or Mayrie. smile And I, at
least, find them helpful in deciding whether I want to
take the time to read a book, when there are so many I
want to read.
