It's hard to find counter sinks and reverse counterbores, particularly in
diamond. You may have luck looking at companies focused on glass or
ceramics, where it's used a bit more, like: http://www.crlaurence.com/ or

McMaster has a lot of diamond coated tooling for use with cutting carbon
fiber. I use their diamond coated end mills for carbon fiber cutting.
They don't come better as a distributor than McMaster.
