[trowmensshed] Re: wood Thanks for your email - sorry not to reply earlier but
I haven't been feeling too well.I'm grateful for all the feedback re my bonsai
table and as Gordon suggested a slab would likely warp, as the last one did.
Slats would be fine and if there was a small gap to allow the water to drain
that would be much better. Just a table top would be great as I have a metal
base. If the size was around 120cms long x 60cms wide that would do nicely
-thickness I could leave to you. I appreciate that this isn't exactly a
community project but should you be able to do it I will be happy to make a
donation for materials and time! I hope everyone is keeping well and if the
restrictions ever come to an end I hope to rejoin you, but in the meantime keep
safe. All the bestJill PS.Should there be anything I can help anyone with in
the painting or sewing department let me know! On Sun, Aug 16, 2020 at 3:03 PM

would withstand the outside weather to use as a table top for my Bonsai pots

-any suggestions what would be best? Oak? If you know where I might source such
a wondrous thing can you let me know?Bye for nowJill-- Jill Hillman MA Fine
