I rather doubt that we are responsible for punctures. Its a pity they are not
more concerned about the state of the yard i.e. the cardboard storage and
general filth around the place is not a good advertisement for their businesses

Also We have received communication from a couple of our neighbours about the
fact that there have been instances of punctures to vehicles that may have
been sustained around Andil House. Please do not ( we rarely have) work
outside of the “shed” and when putting waste material into the bin or
transporting to and from vehicles please be careful not to leave any sharp
objects I.e. nails , screws, etc. On the floor where they may cause a problem
to the other users of Andil House.
