It took .32 seconds on my xe db. I would "grip it and rip it" during off
peak times, worse case scenario, it would take very little time to rebuild
an xe db from scratch.

Would that be on race day or between races?

smon_scn_time table is the table that Oracle uses to keep track of the
relationship between scns and timestamps for flashback operations. It
