Just completed installing 11gR2 on 20 servers and there is what I used for
silent install.

> cat 11g.sh
/home/oracle/ora_stage/solaris_sparc64_11gR2/database/runInstaller -silent
-force \
FROM_LOCATION=/home/oracle/ora_stage/solaris_sparc64_11gR2/database/stage/products.xml
 \
oracle.install.option=INSTALL_DB_SWONLY \
UNIX_GROUP_NAME=dba \
ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/11gR2/dbhome_1 \
ORACLE_HOME_NAME="OraDb11gR2_Home1" \
ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle \
oracle.install.db.InstallEdition=EE \
oracle.install.db.isCustomInstall=false \
oracle.install.db.DBA_GROUP=dba \
oracle.install.db.OPER_GROUP=dba \
DECLINE_SECURITY_UPDATES=true

Unable to write to /usr/local/bin in solaris zone (don't ask me why) and oraenv
and etc... created in different locations.

/u01/app/oracle/product/11gR2/dbhome_1/root.sh -bindir /opt/oracle/bin
