Saeed, I don't know how much you know about the optacon; I thought a few things should be mentioned to let you know more about it. If you purchase one that needs repair, the repair and shipping costs could be much more than $100 depending on what needs to be fixed; some optacons aren't repairable because parts are getting very difficult to find. The optacon needs to be plugged into an electrical outlet so the battery can be charged every few hours. Chargers were made specifically for the optacon, and were probably made specifically for different parts of the world. Depending on your location, different chargers would be required depending on the electrical voltage in your area. using the optacon requires a lot of training and patience; it isn't something you can pick up and use in five minutes. It often takes weeks, or even months, to gain enough reading speed to use it well. The user manuals are on the Freedom Scientific web site, in the documentation section; there are different optacon models, and the user manuals are different for each model. The training manuals are also on the site, but they must be printed with a laser printer so that you can use them with the optacon. They are not intended to be read in text files; you have to read them with the optacon so you can learn the shapes of print letters.
