I read of a recently released Tactisplay Table. It is a new braille display
manufactured in South Korea 40 cells across by 25 lines, total 1000 cells.
You'd think this would be over $100,000, but really the highest resolution
model is still $3,000 less than most 80 cell displays on the market, but as
there is always a hitch, they require you to buy them in bulk, and even still,
a state or rehab agency would never think of even considering this on that
fact alone. I know of some greeddy and insecure devils who might order many and
then sell them at a killing for their bank account, and care not for the
customers and needed tech support, but I hope people would not submit to them.
The tactisplay table is able to display traditional braille along with
graphics. Here is the link for anyone interested. Click on the link that says
tactisplay table. I doubt they have a US representative.

For anyone interested, they sell a 100 cell 25 cell by 4 line braille display
for $2000. This does not show graphics but good luck finding even this on the
market. It specifically says it works with NVDA, is bluetooth and has an SD
card reader.
I know nothing of how these thing work or how valid and reliable they are, but
most interesting to look at.
