If you feel a need to respond to the original message, please do so in private
email and not on the list.
As the author states, the message is off-topic for the list. Regarding his
request that the list moderator please not object, this moderator definitely
does object.
This is not a general buy/sell/trade list. Any sale of Optacons, Optacon
parts, or accessories is welcome as that's what this list is all about. But,
other hardware
and software sales and discussion are not appropriate for optacon-l.
I've probably been more lax than I should have been in the past regarding this,
but that will no longer be the case.
I appologize to the huge majority of list members who do accept and try to
follow the list guidelines. I can't prevent such postings in the future, but I
can and will
do all I can to prevent repeated offenses and policy violations.
