Mike,
Thanks very much for this practical information. It's fine to dream, but I
am glad someone with some down-to-earth know-how would chime in, as you did,
and provide some information about how things are, and what can
realistically be done. I've kept your post and am grateful that a few people
are still thinking of possible solutions, expensive as they are, and
demanding of people's time and energy as they are.
