Hi Lerae,

I'm Dave Godfrey and I've been servicing Optacon's for over 20 years for
users here in the UK and Europe. If you would like to send it in to me
please use the address below. You can also contact me directly through
dave.godfrey@xxxxxxxxxxxx . Please ensure that all Customs documentation
states that the Optacon is being sent for repair only and is not for resale.

Best regards

Dave Godfrey

Lerae,

There are a few people in Europe who repair optacons also; I think they are
in the U.K. So if you live in Europe, it might be less costly to send your
machine to the U.K.

Somebody on this list might have the appropriate contact information. This
was discussed very recently, so somebody might have the messages that were
sent out.

Mary
