Without belaboring this subject further, I would remind everyone that
identity theft, even of the deceased, is very common. Also, as to phone
scams, don't ever press a numbeer on your phone if you bank, social
security, or a utility call to say that there is a problem with your
account and you should press 1 (one) to talk to someone about it.
II don't believe the individual writing to us now is Charles, and, either
way. we arem't one step closer to a new Optacon/ Of Charles truly wishes
to prove he is himself, tell us about individual interactions hee has had
off-list with individuals on this list. Anyone could research what years
Charles attended school. What trooubles me is I have no idea why anyone
would. Perhaps poor Charles is in a facility and someone is trying to get
hold of his property or whatwver assets he might posseess. I hope not.
